RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We've designed our return policy to be clear and straightforward. If you're not happy with your purchase, please review the options below and contact us so we can make it right.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

A return, refund or replacement is available only under the following conditions which are in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC):

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is not what you ordered or is significantly not as described.
  • Not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We use a live inventory system, but in the rare case that an item you've ordered is out of stock, we believe in clear communication.

  • Our Promise: If any part of your paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you before shipping the rest of your order.
  • Your Choice: We will present you with options, including:
  1. ​A full refund for the out-of-stock item.
  2. A replacement item of equivalent value.
  3. ​The option to cancel the entire order for a full refund, especially if the missing item was the primary reason for your purchase.

    ​We will NOT ship an incomplete order without your confirmation.

Note: Per our cancellation guidelines, a servicing fee of 5% will apply. This will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of transaction fees.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

We take great care in packing and shipping your items, but mistakes can happen. If your order arrives with an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Contact Us: Email support@tradingcarddealership.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos for representation.
  • Resolution: If eligible, we will offer you a replacement (if stock is available), a full refund, or store credit.
  • Costs: We will cover all costs associated with returning the incorrect or damaged item and shipping a replacement.

Please Note on Packaging: We understand the importance of box condition. However, minor packaging flaws such as small dents, scuffs, or corner imperfections that do not affect the sealed product inside are not considered damage and are not eligible for a refund.
