OUR PRE ORDER POLICY
Our pre-order service is designed to give you peace of mind by securing highly anticipated products before their official release date.
To ensure transparency and manage expectations, we only list items for pre-order after receiving stock allocation confirmations from our suppliers. While we work diligently to fulfill every order, the nature of manufacturing and distribution means that changes to allocations and release dates are sometimes unavoidable.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
RELEASE DATES & SHIPPING ESTIMATES
The estimated arrival date for each pre-order product is stated in the product description. Please be aware that this date is an estimate provided by our suppliers and is subject to change.
Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including:
- Manufacturing or production issues
- International shipping and customs delays
- Changes in a supplier's confirmed allocation
We are committed to keeping you informed. If any significant delays affect your pre-order, we will notify you via email as soon as we have new information.
SHIPPING & FULFILMENT
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- If a product has a strict, official release date, your order will be dispatched on that date.
- If a product does not have a strict release date, we will dispatch it as soon as we receive more stock.
WHAT ABOUT ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS?
To ensure an efficient and predictable shipping process, we follow a simple rule: your entire order will ship once the last pre-order item arrives.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different release dates, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock and ready to be dispatched together.
NEED YOUR IN-STOCK ITEMS SOONER? WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS:
- Ship Everything Together (Default): Your full order will be dispatched as soon as your pre-order item is in-stock. This is the most cost-effective choice.
- Ship Items Separately: To receive your in-stock items now, please place two separate orders — one for your in-stock items and another for your pre-order items. If you have already placed a mixed order and would like your items dispatched separately, please email us at info@tradingcarddealership.com.au to arrange a split shipment for an additional fee.
PRE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business.
- Within 72 Hours (Grace Period): You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund for any reason within 72 hours of placing the order.
- After 72 Hours (Change of Mind): After the grace period, you may request to cancel your pre-order in exchange for store credit for the full value of the order.
- Significant Delays: If the ETA of your pre-order is delayed by more than 30 days from the original estimate, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Allocation Cuts: In the rare event that our supplier reduces our stock allocation and we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund. Your order may be placed on a back-order list at your request, but you will always have the option of a full refund.
REQUESTING A CANCELLATION
