I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Note, a servicing fee of 5% will apply. This will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of transaction fees.
How do you protect cards during shipping?
- Sealed Products: Carefully packed in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and other void-fill to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
- Single Cards: Are placed in a protective penny sleeve and a semi-rigid card holder. Will be packed securely to prevent movement.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, we are currently online only and do not offer local pick up.

Absolutely! We guarantee that all our products, from single cards to sealed boxes, are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official, authorised distributors and suppliers.
How do pre-orders work?
